Limited-use, demo sites can be registered for evaluation purposes. These are free of charge for a period of up to 14 days from the date of registration.
A subscription can be purchased for extended-use at any point during the evaluation period.
The following limitations apply:
- The website address cannot be changed.
- The website can only be viewed by the the website’s logged-in owner.
- The website is not indexable by search engines.
- No emails can be generated by the website.
- File uploads are limited to 100Mb.
- Available functionality is limited to:
- content management, and
- design and layout.
These limitation are removed with the purchase of a subscription package.
Amibe sites with a valid subscription enjoy the benefits of, depending on the subscription purchased:
- An alternative website address (domain) can be used for accessing the website.
- The website can be made available to non-logged in users.
- Indexing by search engines can be enabled, along with advanced SEO management functionality.
- Form functionality can be enabled and the website set up to send emails.
- File upload limits are greatly relaxed.
- User management functionality becomes available, along with advanced permissions management.
- Additional functionality can be enabled via the plugin manager.
